SHIPMENT

Before ordering your product, please write your address and phone number in detail and check it. Your product will be shipped at the latest 1-3 day after placing your order. (Except weekend and Public Holidays) For products that are painted, the delivery time may be extended for a few days.

TAX

REFUND AND RETURN

If there is no problem with the product and you want to return it, after receiving the product, we will refund your money.

If your cargo has not arrived for a very long time, the system allows us to refund you after a certain period of time. However, if your cargo is on the way and is being actively updated, we cannot refund money as a result of the dispute. We ask our customers to be patient in this regard.

The money will be returned to your account 1-2 work days after the refund is made.

DELIVERY

If your cargo appears to have been delivered and you did not receive it, we recommend that you call the cargo company in your region. You can also contact us about this. Or sometimes the cargoes may stay at the customs for a long time. In this case, we recommend that you call and contact your country’s customs office.

If you do not contact them, the product can be returned to us.
