Vintage Rabone No: 1167 Boxwood 3ft Folding Ruler

A very attractive box wood and brass folding 2 foot, 24 inches by John Rabone and Sons of Birmingham, Great Britain.

This ruler is 3.5cm wide when folded

There is some tarnish on the brass.

The joining pin which slots into a hole when closed is missing.

The numbers are all visible and in good order.

The piano hinge joints and central hinge all move smoothly.

There are some marks to the wood as is normal for a working tool. I have cleaned the surface of the wood and have treated it with beeswax.
