The device is rather waterproof than waterproof. Get ready to change it every season if the bike is often open-air. the speedometer harness is detachable. Molex micro-fit 18 pin connector. Tachometer reacts to- (GND) power, corresponding can be installed on injector bikes. The indication of the included transmission is turned on only when certain contacts are closed and does not depend on the neutral included. The Lamp of the check is lit when feeding- (GND) power. When the voltage is fed to the fuel level wire, the voltmeter changes to the level indicator. I checked on the table so I do not know if the indication of voltage when the gas tank is connected.
