“Cosmetic Grade” Option Details
“New Certified Pre-Owned”
These phones are Samsung’s “Certified Pre-Owned” devices. They came straight from Samsung and have not been opened or in any way since arriving, this means the retail box remains sealed shut and you’ll be the first person to open these CPO phones. They’re “Factory Unlocked” G965U1 models in new CPO condition and sealed inside a new OEM Box with all retail manuals and accessories. This condition includes a free 1-Year Samsung Factory warranty!
“Open Box”
Mint condition. Showing no signs of previous use. You’ll have a tough time telling these from new.
“8.5/10 B+ Grade”
Almost Perfect. Showing some very light, small signs of previous use. If you use a case and screen protector, you’ll have a tough time telling them from new.
“7.5/10 C+ Grade”
Great condition. Showing normal signs of previous use like small superficial surface scratches on the screen and housing. If some normal cosmetic use doesn’t bother you this is a perfect option to save some money on an S9+
“C+ w/Light Screen Shadow“
Cosmetically, in the same condition as “7.5/10 C+ Grade”. The screen also shows a very light pink LCD shadow. This shadow is very light and is only noticeable on all white backgrounds. The shadow does not interfere with or cover what is shown on the screen. Because this shadow is light, the darker the background, the tougher it is to notice. If you use “Night Mode” the shadow is completely unnoticeable. Functionality and performance are not impacted in anyway, they are fully tested, certified, and guaranteed to be in perfect working condition.
“C+ w/Heavy LCD Burn“
Cosmetically, in the same condition as “7.5/10 C+ Grade”. The screen also shows a heavy and noticeable LCD Shadowing/burn in the background of the device. This shadowing is obvious and can be seen at all times in the background of the screen, it is behind the text, apps, etc. not in front of, interfering with, or covering anything in on the screen. Functionality and performance are not impacted in anyway, they are fully tested, certified, and guaranteed to be in perfect working condition.
“6.5/10 C- Grade”
Fine condition. They show heavy and obvious signs of previous use like noticeable and deep surface scratches on the screen and housing. This wear is strictly cosmetic and does not impact functionality or performance in any way. There is absolutely no structural damage like cracks or fractures, guaranteed. The screen may also show a very light pink lcd shadow. If noticeable cosmetic wear and some very light screen shadow is something that doesn’t bother you this is a great chance to get a perfectly working S9+ at a fraction of the retail price.
